Take on an empty stomach: 1 hour before meal or any prescribed medication, or at least 3 hours after meal.
Sublingual (best absorption): Drink a glass of water first. Then, pour the entire sachet of powder directly under your tongue in 2–3 portions. Allow it to dissolve slowly with your saliva to maximise absorption through the capillary blood vessels, ensuring efficient delivery of nutrients into the bloodstream. Drink another glass of water.
Dissolved in water (intestinal absorption): Dissolve the powder in 200ml cool or room temperature water for digestion through the intestine.
Dosage should be adjusted based on your health condition and severity of illness. Increase gradually and monitor your body's response. For enhanced results, UTSUKUSHHII can be combined with SOP Subarashi, Hikari and/or Sensei Suru based on individual health needs.
