When To Take

Take on an empty stomach: 1 hour before meal or any prescribed medication, or at least 3 hours after meal.

Morning (5–9 AM): When the stomach and colon are most active for nutrient absorption.
Evening (5–7 PM): When the kidneys work to restore energy levels for repair and regeneration.

How To Take

Sublingual (best absorption): Drink a glass of water first. Then, pour the entire sachet of powder directly under your tongue in 2–3 portions. Allow it to dissolve slowly with your saliva to maximise absorption through the capillary blood vessels, ensuring efficient delivery of nutrients into the bloodstream. Drink another glass of water.

Dissolved in water (intestinal absorption): Dissolve the powder in 200ml cool or room temperature water for digestion through the intestine.

Suggested Dosage

For general maintenance and overall health: 1 sachet per day
For mild health concerns: 1 sachet, twice daily (morning and evening)
For chronic conditions or illness recovery: Gradually increase from 1 sachet, three times daily, to 2 sachets, three times daily

Dosage should be adjusted based on your health condition and severity of illness. Increase gradually and monitor your body's response. For enhanced results, HIKARI can be combined with SOP Subarashi, Utsukushii and/or Sensei Suru based on individual health needs.

Special Considerations

For those with indigestion: Start by taking the product 5 minutes before a meal, gradually extending to 15 minutes, 30 minutes and eventually 1 hour before a meal as the body adjusts.

For severe gastritis: Consume the product after a meal to prevent discomfort.
